Started in a front room. Still run like it matters.

Fortem began with boxes stacked against a living-room wall, orders packed after long shifts in healthcare. A family effort built around a full-time job, because that's what it took.

Three years on, not a single paycheck has been taken out of the business. Every pound has gone back in — into stock, into systems, into doing things properly.
