Fortem Group supplies businesses, not consumers. Trade accounts are available to registered businesses and sole traders buying for resale or business use. Consumer distance-selling rights do not apply to business-to-business sales.
You may use this site to view our range, request quotes and apply for an account. You may not scrape, copy or republish our pricing or content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the site in any way that disrupts it. All site content, design and branding is our property or licensed to us.
All trademarks, brand names and product images belong to their respective owners. Fortem Group is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the brands listed unless we have explicitly stated an authorised or exclusive arrangement. Listings are illustrative and do not constitute an offer to sell.
Quotes issued by Fortem Group are:
Valid for 24 hours from the time of issue unless stated otherwise in writing. Wholesale allocations move quickly and pricing can change without notice once a quote lapses.
Subject to availability at the point of order confirmation. Lines are sourced to order; where stock is no longer obtainable at the quoted price we will tell you promptly and either re-quote or withdraw the line. No contract is formed until we confirm your order in writing and issue a pro-forma invoice.
Exclusive of VAT and delivery unless expressly stated. Unit prices assume the stated minimum order quantity and format (pallet or case); part quantities may be priced differently or unavailable.
Subject to a minimum order value of £2,000 excluding VAT.
Payment is by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice. Goods are allocated on receipt of cleared funds, and dispatched within 48–72 hours from our UK hub. Title in the goods passes on payment in full.
Please check deliveries on arrival. Shortages or damage in transit must be notified within three working days with photographic evidence. Business returns are by prior agreement only; goods must be unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or anticipated savings.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
